Before our technician arrives, please ensure that the service area is safe, accessible, and ready for work. Notify our team of any potential hazards, such as electrical issues, water leaks, or pets, and obtain any necessary permissions if the work involves shared or rented property.

7. Liability

Carolina Odd Jobs ensures all team members are trained, experienced, and follow safety standards. However, Carolina Odd Jobs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including property loss or personal injury, beyond what is covered by applicable insurance. Any damage caused by negligence on our part will be assessed and resolved according to our service policy.

We stand behind our work. If you have any concerns about the quality of a completed job, contact us and we will work to make it right. Please reach out within 30 days of service completion for warranty-related issues.
